This form is for conference presenters and speakers ONLY.

HOTEL

A block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted rate at the Hyatt Hotel in East Moline, IL for conference participants. The deadline to reserve a room is October 7th, 2024.

Only the cost of the room will be comped for all speakers/presenters. You will be charged for incendentals, room service, etc. The hotel has the list of speakers and will invoice River Action for the room fee.

FOOD

A light continental breakfast, lunches on Wednesday and Thursday, and dinner Wednesday evening are included in the complimentary presenter’s registration.

TRAVEL

River Action will reimburse gas costs to and from the conference for presenters and speakers only. With mileage or travel, presenters need to submit receipts to River Action, 822 East River Drive, Davenport, 52803.
