Free WEDG Workshop
Tuesday, October 14 | 12:00 – 4:00 PM | Moline, IL
Presented by the Waterfront Alliance | Hosted by River Action
Join us the day before the Upper Mississippi River Conference for a free, in-depth training on WEDG® (Waterfront Edge Design Guidelines).
WEDG is a nationally recognized rating system and professional education program — similar in spirit to LEED, but focused on sustainable waterfront development. It provides planners, architects, developers, and community leaders with tools to design resilient, accessible, and ecologically sound waterfronts.
This workshop is made possible by support from the Walton Family Foundation and marks a significant expansion of the Waterfront Alliance’s work into freshwater regions, including Cedar Rapids, the Quad Cities, and Memphis.
