CHLORIS LOWE
Presenter Chloris Lowe is the CEO of Lowe Consulting, which is dedicated to the creation of profit centers for Native American Nations. He has worked on behalf of the Ho-Chunk Nation with the U.S. government for recovery of 1200 acres of traditional land. Chloris was also critical in negotiating the country’s first ever recorded co-management agreement, where the Ho-Chunk Nation and the State of Wisconsin have collaborated to protect the aesthetic, cultural, scenic, native wildlife and plant communities of over 8,500 acres which is the Kickapoo Valley Reserve. Lowe is a member of the Sky Clan of the Ho-Chunk Nation and has twice served as Ho-Chunk Nation president. Through his consulting business he has spent more than two decades serving as a liaison between Native American Nations and government officials to bring successful projects into Indian Country. He currently lives and works in central Wisconsin.
