JANET MESHEK
In her 40+ years of experience in water resource engineering and since forming Meshek & Associates, LLC in 1988, Janet Meshek has been a leader in the management of stormwater and design of hydrology and hydraulics in Oklahoma. She has provided design services for numerous stormwater infrastructure projects, and has prepared or supervised master drainage planning studies, written or updated ordinances and criteria manuals, and supervised several municipal studies, including capital improvement project prioritization and updating municipal fee schedules. She has served as an expert witness in numerous drainage-related litigation cases. She also works actively with the Meshek Planning and Grants Management group, including CRS and HMGP grant application development.
