SITE CHARACTERISTICS
Wooded park land featuring Lake Potter, a 50-acre protected lake, with an outlet to the Mississippi River. Park is starting point for the 65-mile paved recreation trail that is part of the bi-state RiverWay, and also home to the annual Recycled Float Race held every July 4th.
