PARKING/ACCESS
Turn north onto 1st Street from River Drive, then east onto 1st Avenue. Parking at the end of 1st Avenue to the north along 2nd Street

Fishing, walking/hiking trails, mountain biking trails, kayak/canoe portage for QC River Trails, informational kiosk and a water fountain

Sylvan Island Stampede hosted by Friends of Off Road Cycling (FORC) held annually in April

The abandoned industrial site consists primarily of invasive shrubs such as buckthorn and European honeysuckle
